The buyer agrees to all conditions when visiting www.pelders.nl or buying parts from Pelders Transfers and Classic Parts. All prices on www.pelders.nl are in Euro’s (€). All prices are inclusive Dutch VAT and exclusive costs for postage and packing. When the buyer does not live in the Netherlands there is the possibility that import taxes need to be paid by the buyer. Ordered parts which are in stock will be delivered after receiving payment. The payment for ordered parts has to be made by bank transfer within 8 days of the invoice date. Replica parts are not always manufactured as original due to small quantities required. Some of these parts do not give the same protection (safety guards) or have the same strength as the original parts. They are for restoration purpose only. Street use is for risk of the buyer. No claims for using the parts offered by Pelders Transfers and Classic Parts can be honoured by Pelders Transfers and Classic Parts.   Conditions of Use These general conditions apply to all products from our web shop. Shipping & Returns Delivered and accepted products are not taken back by us, unless it is agreed differently.   We have the right to charge freight costs if products are returned.   Complaints must be communicated in writing or by phone within one week after receiving the order. After this period we cannot accept any complaints.   When products are used they are accepted and cannot be returned. Costs of shipping depend on the size and weight of the order and also to which country it has to be shipped.
